We take what your bar did in this same month last year and adjust it based on your recent momentum. If your liquor sales have been running 5% above last year for the past six months, we project that forward. Each category — liquor, beer, wine — is projected independently, so shifts in your mix are reflected. The range widens the further out we project because more can change.
